John B. Connally High School is proud to be troupe #6763 of the International Thespian Society, having chartered a troupe in August of 2004. The International Thespian Society is an international honor socieity for theatre students, and is the oldest honor society for high school students in the world. Students are invited to join based on the amount of points earned from working on productions, community service projects, attendance of theatre performances, and through other theatre related activities. CHS attends the Texas State Thespian Festival each fall. In 2004, CHS was honored to have its play marathon bid accepted, and we were privileged to perform our production of Tall Tales from The Kentucky Cyle at the Texas State Thespian Festival. Drama Club

The Connally High School Drama Club is a club for students who enjoy theatre and want to become involved in extra-curricular theatre activities. Any student at Connally High School who is interested may join.
